COLOUR

From cherry red to deep ruby.

BOUQUET

On the nose it has a full, earthy and fruity aroma. Some spicy notes of cinnamon and cloves and a slightly herbaceous scent stand out.

FLAVOUR

Round, full-bodied and young. On the palate it stands out for its smoothness. Full, slightly tannic and with a slightly tart flavour.

FOOD PAIRINGS

It goes well with first courses, including pasta dishes, made with meat. Perfect with game dishes, beef and lamb, and as an accompaniment to cold cuts, even seasoned, and medium-aged cheeses.
