A wine with fresh and elegant aromas and a smooth and light taste. Beneath a simple appearance, it is a refined, complex and interesting wine. To be tasted in large glasses, so as to allow the bouquet to express itself at its best. Serving temperature: 18-20 °C.

In the mouth it is round, harmonious and with a persistent flavour. Slightly tannic and with a very present acidity.
Excellent with white or red meat dishes, but also game, and with medium-aged cheeses. The taste of this wine is particularly enhanced when accompanying pasta and rice dishes and main courses embellished with truffles or sweetened by pumpkin.
Intense and ethereal bouquet, elegant aromas of small red fruits (especially currant, but also blackberry and raspberry) and floral (rose, violet) when young. It is fruity, tannic, full-bodied, elegant.
Red with purple reflections, never too pronounced. A colour that can vary from fairly light to medium intense shades.
