An unmistakable red, characterised by a fresh bouquet and the taste sensation of freshly cut grass. A young wine, a little brusque, a little impetuous, with a robust structure and strong flavour. It requires full-bodied red wine glasses and a serving temperature of 18-20 °C.

Balanced medium-bodied, interesting and a bit brusque, but with a fresh, lively and, above all, character which is never too heavy. A typical slightly wild, fruity, vegetal, herbaceous but dry taste.
Ideal with meat dishes, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses. The herbaceous and slightly smoky notes go great with grilled meat, burgers, pici pasta with wild boar ragout, lasagna bolognese and truffle risotto.
On the nose and on the palate its characteristic herbaceous nature stands out moderately, together with some light hints of bell pepper and black pepper. It has a clean and unmistakable, tannic and full-bodied bouquet.
Quite dark ruby red.
