A significant wine, strong, full of flavour and substance. Characterised by a pleasant intensity of its floral bouquet and flavours, which are persistent in the mouth for a long time. It should be tasted in standard red wine glasses, at a temperature of about 18 °C.

On the palate it is harmonious, dry, sapid, structured and with good tannicity.
Ideal with dishes made with grilled red meats and with game dishes. It also goes well with aged cheeses with a strong flavour.
With a vinous and intense aroma. It expresses floral notes of violets and iris, combined with a typical character of red fruits.
Dark ruby red.
