On the palate it is warm and dry. Fruity, just the right alcohol content, rich in nuances and characterised by a long and persistent aftertaste.
A full-bodied wine like this is ideal when accompanied with red meat dishes, but also with hors d’oeuvres made with cured meats and medium or long aged cheeses.
The nose dominates the fruity note of cherry and red fruits in general. Wine of a certain olfactory complexity, in which intense spicy sensations also stand out.
