Tenuta Belcorvo - I nostri blend
Medium-bodied rosé wine with low alcohol content, very pleasant to drink. It stands out for its delicate aromas and for its freshness. Although it derives from red grapes, for characteristics and combinations it is more easily assimilated to structured white wines. The right glass is the standard one for white wine, the serving temperature between 10 and 12 °C.

Slightly sweet, smooth, fresh, with a good relationship between freshness and flavour. Medium-bodied, moderate alcohol content and smooth structure, with a slight tannic sensation and good acidity.
Perfect as an aperitif, it goes well with appetizers, especially if made with fish or vegetables. An excellent choice to combine with the typical Italian summer cuisine: caprese salad, prosciutto and melon, rice salad, meat carpaccio, both sea and lake fish, cooked or raw. Finally, it is also well suited to oriental cuisine, even spicy, or sushi.
The notes of a rosé are delicate and subtle. It has a particular personality, characterised by light and elegant aromas, in which scents and beautiful fruity and floral notes emerge.
