A young and pleasant wine, sapid, fragrant and fresh. Sparkling to just the right point and with a persistent effervescence. A different and interesting red, capable of enhancing even rich foods in the best possible way. To be tasted chilled, at a temperature of 6-8 °C.

Lively and tasty on the palate, with low alcohol content. A smooth, dry, gentle wine but with character. It has just the right point of light acidity that gives freshness to the whole, while leaving pleasant sweet sensations in the mouth.
Versatile, and even suitable for the whole meal. It goes well with cold dishes, especially if based on tomatoes such as caprese salad, or with appetizers and white meat dishes. Also perfect with cold cuts, snacks and pizza. Sparkling red wines are excellent, simple and pleasant, and we should put them on the table more often.
On the nose it is fruity with notes of red fruit, in particular raspberry.
Pale red with violet reflections.
