Tenuta Belcorvo - I nostri blend
A still and dry white, intensely fragrant. The taste is delicate and light but full, with good consistency. The result is a medium-bodied, pleasant and elegant wine. The glass in which to serve it, at a temperature of about 10 °C, must have an ample bowl, so as to be able to better appreciate the notes of its bouquet.

A sapid and lively wine, fresh and very drinkable. In the mouth it is dry and smooth, slightly bitter, with subdued acidity and perceptible minerality. Harmonious as a whole.
It is a very versatile wine in pairings. Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with appetizers, first courses (such as vegetable-based risottos) and main courses (fish, white meat and fresh cheese). Try pairing it with oriental cuisine and raw fish dishes.
Vinous but delicate, with intense aromas of ripe fruit.
Yellow between golden and pale straw, with some greenish reflections.
