A nice, light wine, pleasant to sip throughout the meal. A relaxed, dry and pleasantly persistent white. The glass in which to taste it must have a sufficiently wide bowl to allow the diffusion of the aromas. Serving temperature: 8-10 °C.

A full-bodied wine, warm and dry on the palate, light and fruity, rich in nuances. In the mouth it is dry, harmonious and fresh, with a long and persistent finish.
It goes very well with San Daniele prosciutto, accompanied by melon or figs. It is an ideal white to go with appetizers in general, pastas with vegetables, fish and white meat. It is excellent for drinking throughout the meal.
On the nose it is fruity and floral, marked by hints of ripe apple and fig leaf. A wine with a balanced freshness even in the bouquet, with sensations of smoothness and a slight hint of tannicity.
Light yellow, golden and intense, with some greenish hues.
