Red wine suitable for daily consumption. Full-bodied, acidulous, fruity and slightly sweet. To be served in a medium glass, with sufficient bowl to appreciate its aromas, at a temperature of around 16 °C.

Sapid and dry, in the mouth it is delicately tannic, medium-bodied, good persistence but not too intense, with an elegant aftertaste of almonds and rose hips.
The most traditional pairing with a young red from our area is with the typical dishes of our territory. It is therefore excellent with an aged sopressa salami and Vicenza-style cod.
On the nose it presents a wide variety of scents. The floral notes are linked to the fruity ones: hints of cherry, raspberry and violet stand out, with a trace of spice.
Lively ruby red.
