A refreshing wine, with a pleasantly fruity bouquet and pronounced acidity. In the mouth it satisfies for its persistence. It is recommended to drink it after letting it aerate for half an hour. To be served in a medium-sized glass at a temperature of about 10 °C.

Serving temperature: 10 °C.
In the mouth it is sapid, with excellent body. The taste is refreshing, balanced between pleasant flavours and a nice acidity. It surprises with a nice finish on the palate and good persistence. A smooth, thick, fairly structured and pleasant white wine.
Certainly a perfect wine to enhance all fish-based dishes: appetizers, pastas, grilled or baked fish, but boiled or steamed as well. Also excellent in combination with white meats and light appetizers.
Quite intense, fruity and floral bouquet. Characteristic notes of golden apple stand out.
Bright straw yellow, with reflections from light green to golden to straw yellow.
