A refined and delicate wine, but full-bodied and splendidly balanced, with fairly good alcohol content and good acidity. With an intense and complex bouquet, on the palate it leaves a pleasant persistence and fruity aftertaste. Taste in a medium white wine glass, at a temperature of 10-12 °C.

Ideal with soups, creams, and soufflés, but also perfect with seafood risotto and with fish or grilled white meats.
Full-bodied in the mouth and sapid, it is balanced and full-bodied. Refined, gentle, full and persistent taste.
Intense on the nose, it conveys scents with aromatic nuances of exotic fruit. Well balanced between fragrance, acidity and sweetness.
Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
