Straightforward, firm and decisive, in aroma and flavour. A light wine of medium structure, with complex flavours and aromas. Slightly bitter, it is dry and pleasantly fresh. It should be tasted in a complex white wine glass. Serving temperature: 10-12 °C.

A fruity wine with character. In the mouth you can perceive its body and balance between acidity, sweetness and alcohol content. On the palate it is fruity, mineral, fresh, drinkable, dry and tendentially acidic. It should be drunk young.
Suitable for any meal, it goes well with light starters and fish-based dishes, boiled or grilled, or white meats. Try it with herb-based soups and risottos, with steamed vegetables and soft or goat cheeses.
Intense and fruity aroma, with hints of peach and apricot. slightly bitter, fresh and dry.
Straw yellow, with greenish reflections tending to light yellow.
