Medium-bodied wine with good persistence, in which the aromas of red fruits stand out. On the palate it has good freshness and is an easy-to-drink wine. To be tasted in glasses with a fairly wide bowls, in order to appreciate the finesse of the aromas. Serving temperature: 18-20 °C.

On the palate it is sapid, dry and harmonious, with good structure and a dry finish. Medium tannic, it has a slight acidity. Overall it is a pleasant and balanced wine.
Excellent with grilled white or red meat dishes, stewed meats, stews and cold cuts. But it also goes well with mushrooms and medium-aged cheeses, as well as with various types of risotto.
The nose is vinous, slightly herbaceous and fruity. Intense notes of wild berries, currant, blackberry and cherry, with a light note of jam.
Intense ruby red, with good consistency.
