A tribute to an ancient wine of our territories. A light wine, but embellished with a rich and complex bouquet, which gives it personality. It should be tasted in a light white wine glass at a temperature of about 10 °C, after a short time of aeration.

Serving temperature: 10 °C
A full-bodied, round and harmonious taste. Slightly sweet and aromatic. In the mouth you can notice the balance between flavour and acidity. Good texture and strong character.
The still version can be drunk throughout the meal with delicate dishes and light dishes, such as seafood or cold cuts that are not too strong (prosciutto which is not too salty, mortadella, pancetta), while as an aperitif it goes well with slightly aged cheese.
The nose is delicately distinguished by the typical hints of musk and apricot: an intense and complex bouquet, fresh, fine but lively and delicate.
Straw yellow, with light golden hues and a good texture.
