Rosé wine: a surprising result from the union of the procedures of two distinct vinifications, one red and one white. The result is a fruity and floral wine, pleasant and fresh on the palate. Glass and serving temperature (10-12° C) are typical of white wines.

Serving temperature: 10-12 °C.
On the palate it is full, round, slightly aromatic in taste, sapid but balanced by good smoothness, pleasantly fruity and fresh. It is pleasant to drink, thanks also to the non-imposing alcoholic structure. Less astringent but more structured than whites.
Rosé wines are generally very versatile and lend themselves to a wide range of pairings. Excellent as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to fish and shellfish dishes, from appetizers to soups to main courses. They are also particularly suitable to accompany white meats and slightly aged cheeses.
Fresh and fragrant to the nose, it has floral and berry notes.
Natural and lively pink, intense and brilliant, with violet reflections.
