A moderately alcoholic red with a slightly sweet taste, to be drunk young and suitable for daily consumption. Medium-bodied, it offers fruity aromas of blackberry and cherry. To be drunk in a medium-sized glass or balloon, served at a temperature of 16-18 °C.

Balanced and complete, on the palate it is fresh, light, vinous, moderately alcoholic, slightly tannic and with a slightly sweet taste.
A wine to be drunk throughout the meal. It goes well with pasta or risotto dishes with meat-based sauces, ravioli and agnolotti. For main courses: suitable for boiled meats, roasted or stewed white meats, zampone (stuffed trotters) and cotechino (pork sausage), cured meats and medium-aged cheeses.
On the nose it is refined and intense, with a pleasant and delicate aroma, in which fruity notes of morello cherry and blackberry emerge and a hint of yeast.
Intense ruby red with violet reflections, brilliant.
