An elegant and well-structured wine. It has intense aromatic complexities, among which fruity and herbaceous notes stand out, and a full flavour. To be tasted in a medium-large sized glass at a temperature of around 18 °C.

Wine gradation: 11,5% Vol.
Serving temperature: 18 °C.
Full and persistent taste, slightly astringent. Robust and complex, yet pleasant and elegant. In the mouth it is sapid, harmonious and with a good structure, with a nice tannic texture and a good acid component with a smooth finish.
A wine for the whole meal, it pairs especially well with red meat dishes and aged cheeses. Excellent with game (wild boar, roe deer, pheasant) braised or in stews.
Complex and fascinating bouquet. On the nose it is fruity, mainly of red fruits (raspberries, currants), and, at the same time, slightly herbaceous.
Red between ruby and purple, intense and rich, with reflections between purple and magenta and slight transparency.
