Complex on the nose and with great structure: a strong and decisive wine, but capable of adapting to various dishes, enhancing their taste. It should be served in structured red wine glasses, at a temperature of 18-20 °C.

Serving temperature: 18-20 °C.
Round, full-bodied and young. On the palate it stands out for its smoothness. Full, slightly tannic and with a slightly tart flavour.
It goes well with first courses, including pasta dishes, made with meat. Perfect with game dishes, beef and lamb, and as an accompaniment to cold cuts, even seasoned, and medium-aged cheeses.
On the nose it has a full, earthy and fruity aroma. Some spicy notes of cinnamon and cloves and a slightly herbaceous scent stand out.
