A simple white wine, but which contains many pleasant flavours, bouquets and aromas. Its main characteristics are freshness, light aromaticity, nice drinkability and great versatility in food pairings. Serve in a light white wine glass. Serving temperature: 10-12 °C.

In the mouth it is sapid and dry, with the just the right body. A fresh, smooth and delicate wine.
Very versatile. It is recommended with light appetizers, eggs with asparagus, summer dishes such as prosciutto and melon or prosciutto and figs. With pastas, it is particularly suitable to go with tortellini (tortellini in broth, pumpkin tortelli, tortelloni di magro with ricotta and spinach). Perfect with main courses made with fish, both lake and river, grilled or fried. Excellent with cured meats (prosciutto, coppa, pancetta, salami, Venetian sopressa) and fresh cheeses.
Vinous, quite intense. Delicately fruity (ripe fruit), fragrant, slightly aromatic.
Straw yellow with green or slightly golden reflections.
